How care matching works
CareGuide UK provides information about later-life care and a way to request help finding care options. A matching request tells us the type of care, location and urgency you are looking for so the request can be considered in context.
Make a matching request
The form asks for contact details, a UK postcode, the type of care you need and how urgent the request is. You can also add notes that may help explain the situation. Please only share information that is relevant to your care enquiry.
What happens next
Your request is used to look for care options that may be relevant to the needs and location you provide. Availability, suitability, fees, registration status and the final choice of provider must always be confirmed directly with the provider.
Before choosing a provider
Ask the provider about the care they can deliver, current availability, costs, contract terms and how they will assess individual needs. Where a service is regulated, check its current registration and inspection information with the relevant regulator.
